• Each associate law firm of LawyersGreece.com has to respond to client's requests within two working days and provide a brief estimation of the nature of the case, or ask for more data in order to provide it.
• After the first update and once the nature of the case becomes known, the time for the study of the file will be determined and agreed.
• The agreement on the initiation study means [is equivalent to] the initiation of engagement of the cooperating law firm.
• The cases are examined and treated in the shortest possible time, depending on the nature of the case.
Fees are agreed in advance in writing by e-mail between the client and the law firm or lawyer, which has been appointed by our network for the particular case. This e-mail consists a private agreement, a binding contract for the parties and it is prepared and e-mailed to the client by our member law firm. Fees cannot be changed once agreed as above.
These fees are related to specific legal actions only. For each new action the fee is agreed in advance to be paid in the same way.
A forecast of the total expenses for the complete processing of a case can be made if requested, but this cannot be binding, since it has to be taken under consideration that the course of action and the future required legal actions of each case depends on factors that cannot be predicted, such as the outcome of a court case, the legal options and choices of the counterparty, e.tc.
LawyersGreece.com encourages the overall adoption of a equable billing policy for all partners, but does not impose minimum or maximum fees. We embrace with confidence our members and particularly their professionalism regarding their fees, which have to be proportionate to the degree of difficulty, the complexity, the amount of the litigation and other factors of each case.

Within 48 hours of clients first contact with LawyersGreece.com, our lawyers - members of the central coordinating group - evaluate, classify and define the legal parameters of each case.
Accordingly our central coordinating group assigns and distributes the cases to our members with objective criteria, adopted and approved by all our members, aiming to the best client service. In those criteria are included the specialization, the proximity of the local office with the competent Court or Authority, the workload, the handling speed and the overall efficiency of each member-law office of our network for the particular case.
The coordinating group monitors the progress of the cases through specialized senior partners, depending on the nature of each case and provides assistance when needed through the network.Assistance is provided specifically through a platform for collaboration among law offices - members of our network with which they can exchange views and experience about the ongoing cases, they can request for advise, have access to the common database and case laws so that, ultimately, the client enjoys the services of a network of lawyers all over Greece, without being deprived of the personal communication, safety and confidence that only a personal lawyer can provide.
Despite the tools provided by our network, the law offices all over Greece that participate in LawyersGreece.com remain independent and provide their services with complete autonomy, regarding the way of handling each case. Therefore our associated law firms hold full responsibility for their professional choices towards our clients. However our members commit to embrace and respect our principles and provide written commitments to our clients.
