LawyersGreece.com and consequently all the members-law firms of our network share strongly the principles of the network which define a clear operating framework. The internal procedures and principles are adopted by all our members. This guarantees the convenience of our clients with professionalism, speed and efficiency regarding the legal services provided.

LawyersGreece.com operates though a coordinating group which brings the client together with the right partner-lawyer who is chosen with objective criteria agreed and commonly accepted by our members-law firms. From that time onwards clients speaks directly to the lawyer who has taken over the case. The members of LawyersGreece.com are enjoying full freedom and independence in the handling of cases undertaken by the network, but perceive their participation in the network as an option of responsibility and professionalism, which is derived from the adoption of common values and principles that the short word "professionalism" entails and which is analyzed in the following specific principles:

Responsibility, consistency, reliability, comprehensive scientific training in the area of specialization of each member, work organization, dedication to the clients' interests, independence, speed, full confidentiality.

These principles are practically expressed as follows:

 

• Protecting the interests of the client:

The purpose and the center of the activity of the cooperating law firms, members of LawyersGreece.com is the protection of the client's interests following the optimum and most economical legal route.

 

• Compliance with the applicable ethical rules.

Each member assumes the responsibility to respect the ethical rules that are valid according to the bar code. Also, our members are bound to respect the international codes of ethics regarding the foreign customers, if requested.

 

• Professional privacy.

The communication between the client and the selected law firm is confidential, and this goes as well for each of our LawyersGreece.com members according to the bar code. The legal elements of each case might be discussed between our members within the collaboration environment and support of our network, but the personal details of each client are only in the knowledge of the particular law firm – member of our network. In any case, all members are bound to strictly respect the confidentiality regarding all the cases of the network and not just those that they undertake.

 

• Full professional independence for our members.

LawyersGreece.com respects and guarantees the independence of the members of our network, does not get involved, nor manipulates, considering the sensitivity of the function that institutionally the independent lawyer –supporter of justice performs.

 

• Objectivity and meritocracy in the selection of the operator.

The selection of the right cooperating lawyer by the coordinating group is realized with objective criteria, such as the specialization, the workload, the experience in similar cases, the proximity of the local law office to the competent Court or authority e.tc. and this selection is dedicated to the rendering of optimum legal services to our clients.

 

• Preference right.

The client decides on a specific law office, if a preference.

 

• Right of petition and disengagement.

Our network chooses partners that are animated by the same principles and demonstrate unparalleled professionalism that guarantees the best legal representation of the client. However, our clients are able, on their own initiative, to contact the administrator for any problem arising from the co-operation with any lawyer. The network is not directly involved in the handling of cases in any way, respecting the autonomy of each member - law office, but it does act as an advisory and mediates to resolve any disagreement that may occur. The customer can change the operator-lawyer at his discretion at any point in the progress of the case, once the existing pre-agreed fee outstanding is paid.

 

• Right of choice in the legal solution.

Client has always the final say on the handling of the case. In case of disagreement with the lawyer who handles the case, client may choose a different solution from the one being suggested, provided that the lawyer be assured by the client in writing, that even though the latter (client) has been advised against the different handling of the case, he/she chooses another solution than the one proposed.

 

• Autonomy – Cooperation of LawyersGreece.com members

Each one of our members-law firms is completely autonomous and free to act at his discretion in the manner he deems best to handle the cases undertaken through LaywersGreece.com. Each associate law firm is responsible for the legal options followed. The network administrators are aware that they cannot and in any case they do not choose to interfere, respecting the independence, dignity and initiative of every member-law firm of our network, virtues which should characterize our members.

However, the members have the means, the organized platform and the obligation to communicate and discuss their law cases between them, share information, exchange opinions, have access to each other data base in order to render optimum legal services to our clients.
